Since our cottage design template is flexible and based on interaction with buyers, the pricing has been kept somewhat open at the moment. However we give a best rate guarantee for our cottage that can be verified by doing local survey.


Plots start Rs. 8000 per square yard and cottages at INR 60 lacs.
